Psychosocial support
Psychosocial support is a set of measures aimed at helping people who have experienced stressful or crisis situations, including the effects of war, loss of loved ones, forced displacement, or other difficult life circumstances. It combines psychological care and social support to help people adapt to new conditions, reduce anxiety and improve their emotional state.
Services may include individual counseling, group meetings, crisis counseling, family support, stress resilience and emotional recovery training. The main goal of psychosocial support is to help a person cope with difficulties, find resources for further life and restore psychological balance.
