ACTED – is an international humanitarian organization that works in Ukraine to support the most vulnerable communities affected by conflicts, humanitarian crises, and economic instability. The organization is actively implementing projects aimed at improving living conditions, restoring infrastructure, and strengthening the socio-economic resilience of vulnerable groups.
The main areas of ACTED work in Ukraine:
Providing emergency humanitarian assistance, including access to clean water, food, medical services and shelter.
Restore damaged infrastructure, create conditions for people to return to their communities and support sustainable development of the regions.
Implementation of educational programs and trainings that promote economic activity, employment and empowerment of the local population.
Helping to restore livelihoods, supporting farmers and local entrepreneurs.
Strengthening social cohesion through cooperation with communities and local authorities to ensure inclusiveness and sustainable development.
ACTED works with international donors, the government of Ukraine, civil society organizations and local initiatives to provide effective and targeted assistance.
