The Mykolaiv Local Charitable Foundation “Way Out” (MLCF “Way Out”) is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established to implement modern approaches in the field of public health.

Main areas of focus: prevention of HIV, drug addiction, viral hepatitis, tuberculosis and other socially dangerous diseases.

Main services of the fund:

• testing with rapid tests: for HIV, hepatitis B and C, and sexually transmitted diseases;
• providing a comprehensive package of services to injecting drug users;
• early diagnosis of tuberculosis;
• counseling;
• social support for people living with HIV;
• psychosocial support for people with tuberculosis;
• support for substitution maintenance therapy for people living with drug addiction;
• training of medical professionals and clients of the Foundation.
