The Ukrainian Red Cross is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, which has been providing comprehensive humanitarian aid and support to the most vulnerable people for over a century. The Ukrainian Red Cross carries out its humanitarian activities throughout the country: 24 regional and almost 200 district organizations, where more than 8,000 volunteers provide assistance and support to the population every day

• Training in first aid skills
• Mental health and psychosocial support (To find out what psychosocial support activities are held in your region or district, contact the nearest URCS organization in your city. Also, you can write to pss@redcross.org.ua or call 0 800 332 656 to get information about the locations where the events are held, as not all URCS organizations provide psychosocial support).
• Mobile medical teams (Transportation of people with limited mobility, provision of qualified first aid at the sites of explosions as a result of enemy attacks, deployment of an aid station together with the SES, search for victims who were not found at the first stage or cannot get out on their own). • Social services and home care (Social assistants of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society provide home care for lonely or conditionally lonely elderly people who need assistance).
