The organization advises and assists in renewal and appointment:

• payments to IDPs;
• pensions;
• alimony;
• maternity and childcare benefits;
• unemployment and disability benefits;
• assistance to low-income families;

Retrieval and recovery:

• passports;
• IDP certificates;
• birth, death, and marriage certificates;
• documents on education;
• other documents.

Resolving other legal issues:

• border crossings, including with children;
• obtaining refugee status and temporary protection abroad;
• restoration of violated labor rights;
• registration of the place of residence (residence permit);
• registration and termination of business;
• tax issues;
• loans;
• property rights (registration, restoration);
• registration of public organizations.
