Description
The DOF distributes drinking water (2 bottles per person) by prior registration in the telegram channel https://t.me/dof_center. Water is provided only for IDPs, low-income people, people with disabilities, families with many children and pensioners.
The Centre hosts various cultural events and workshops (by prior registration in Telegram) for children aged 6-14.
Medicines can be obtained at the Centre, if available.
