Free legal aid

Free primary legal aid (FLA) includes the following types of legal services:

– provision of legal information

– consultations and explanations on legal issues;

– drafting applications, complaints and other documents of a legal nature (except for documents of a procedural nature);

– providing consultations, explanations and drafting of land use agreements (lease, sublease, land servitude, emphyteusis, superficies) for rural population – land owners;

– Providing assistance in ensuring access to secondary legal aid and mediation.

All persons under the jurisdiction of Ukraine, including foreigners, stateless persons, refugees or persons in need of additional protection, are entitled to free primary legal aid.
